WHY IT'S SPECIAL
This is a rare first generation Gallet Flight Officer. There were different variants as these watches were made in small batches. This particular variant has stunning facet lugs. The dial is well preserved and completely original. It has an outer track with world time zones that military pilots could use to calculate changing time zones. The rotating bezel is in nice condition as well. The case is sharp and inscribed "Bill Barton 1941". Overall a lovely example of the rare 1st generation Flight Officer!
