This is an incredible Mathey Tissot Type XX Chronograph! Mathey Tissot was a subcontractor for Breguet during the production of the Type XX military chronograph for the French Naval Air Army. That is why these are identical and the Mathey Tissot are actually rarer than the Breguet version. It is an excellent example and wears very well on the wrist at 38mm.
